REVEA currently ships within Australia.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may be subject to delays outside our control, including carrier delays or peak periods.
Shipping Fees
We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia:
• Standard shipping: $9.95 for orders under $100
• Free standard shipping for orders $100 and over
• Express shipping: $15.00 flat rate
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Delays and Issues
REVEA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect address details provided at checkout, or events beyond our reasonable control. If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of checkout. REVEA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
