At REVEA, we take care in the quality and safety of our products.
This policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used skincare products.

Unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is significantly different from its description

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
